Nissan's Antiviral Technology claims to work against the COVID-19 virus.

Nissan claims that they developed a technology that will be effective against the COVID-19 virus.

This antiviral technology was developed by Nissan with the Tohuku University's Faculty of pharmaceutical science.

This technology uses organic nitroxyl catalysts otherwise known as radical catalysts, which are added as an additive in polymer base automotive paints, as well as in the fiber of the interior and exterior of the car.

This technology prevents the care from Photodegradation reactions such as cracking, embroilment, and fading over long periods.

The car makers are into R&D to develop more parts of the car with this material.

This catalyst works as an oxidation compound and prevents the binding of the protein of the virus to human cells.

Nissan is currently in the process of developing such technology to the extent that it can be easily used in cars.

Nissan also claims that it'll also work for the SARS-COV2 virus.

Previously Honda also developed such a thing that helps to prevent viruses from coming into the care cabin through air filters.

The Japanese technology company named Kurumask is an anti-viral product.
